Ok, maybe not lions and tigers, but there will be bears! We are heading to black bear country (a.k.a. deep in the woods of michigan) We will have some fun in the sun, put our feet in cold lake water, and do a little fishing, all while visiting with aunts, uncles and cousins. We are also making a trip to indiana to see my grandpa and family, and we can't wait! My aunt peggy will be making some of my favorite foods that my grandma used to make - it's so sweet of her!
Ok, We'll give a report on how our first big trip with Niko goes when we return.

Oh my! Niko is absolutely 100% adorable! I can't wait to meet him! It was good talking to you today, Jay... I miss you lots and hope in the near future we will be closer geographically so we can spend more time together :) I just want you to know that I'm proud of you and how you are growing too. I hadn't checked your blog in awhile so I had to catch up. You are truly an inspiration and a beautiful person.
