Pablo, Niko and I along with our friends April and David, ventured out to Austin's "trail of lights." As with anything in Austin it was a large production with herds and masses of people.
We headed downtown around 6:30pm to catch a shuttle that would take us to the lights. Then there was a lot of waiting in line to get tickets, waiting to get a shuttle, sitting on the shuttle for around 30 minutes... then FINALLY we entered the trail of lights. It was so beautiful... ! It for sure brought on the holiday spirit. :) And (note in the last picture) what would a christmas be in Texas without decorative armadillo and cactus! HA

That is too funny about the armadillo and cactus!!! :) The lights look like fun, though!! We have a place downtown that is similar to this. All of the houses decorate insanely! It's amazing! It's on 34th street! :)
