We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. Pablo, Niko and I really enjoyed the 3 day weekend. We took Niko swimming on Friday morning, and tried out his new "boat," which he is not too sure about yet.:) We also enjoyed a lot of good food... a breakfast of homemade waffles and hash browns, and then of course we grilled hamburgers with fresh guacamole, potato salad, and baked beans, and homemade strawberry shortcake. mmmmm. It was all delicious, and we really enjoyed all the family time!
