The Louvre

The Louvre was soo incredible that it deserves its own post...

It is massive. Not just BIG but MASSIVE. We walked at a quick pace through about 1/3 of it and it took us 4 hours. We tried to stop every once in a while to give our feet a rest. It was amazing to see so much history and so many masterpieces. Boticelli, DaVinci, Goya, ancient egyptian, roman, greek and the list goes on and on.

There were dozens of local schools having field trips. I can't imagine what it would be like to visit a place like that as a kid. Boring for some kids I guess but I would've tripped on that stuff.
Best 18 euros we spent in the whole trip...
